My ISP keeps blocking my Internet cuz I have a virus on my computer that is sending out spam. I currently use free AVG software, and I have done virus scans many times but it is not detecting any viruses. What is a good software to use that would detect the virus and heal or remove it. I cannot have my Internet blocked all the time. Thanks!

Avast is free but I got rid of mine because it was ALWAYS popping up and running.
Norton is good but takes a LOT of space and slows down your computer big time. Stopped buying that one, too.
AVG is free and is pretty good.
I use Microsoft Security Essentials, which is also free and available from Microsoft. You can set it to scan whenever you want and however often you wish. It also searches for tracking gunk, so to speak.
