How can I find the log files for what packets are being blocked by AVG?

I recently had 2 viruses which AVG removed, or it thought it did. It still is blocking traffic from the viruses I told it to not let connect. That means they are still in the system. How can I find their location? AVG scans come up clean.

The simplest solution is to just re-boot the computer. The owner, my father does not want to do that. I need to find the files.

Chosen Answer:

You have a couole of options. ou can go to http://bleepingcomputer.com , register, log in and run a hijackthis log and let one of the professionals there tell you what software you need to get your PC back in shape again.
Or, You could run a scan with both of these and see what it finds that AVG may have missed.
